My Experience with The Face Shop Chia Seed Hydrating Toner



The Hydrating toner comes in a pump head translucent bottle. The bottle itself comes in a faded green cardboard box. The consistency is liquidity and is colourless.
This hydrating toner is an oil based toner which gives a soft glow after application.
This can be used post removing makeup and also as a daily toner in your skincare routine.
The toner is bit on a pricier side but it is worth the price.
