Effective Home Remedies To Treat Sebaceous Cyst

Sebaceous Cyst is a liquidy yellowish bump that forms beneath the skin surface and it contain a foul smell. They can be large or small.
They does not harm your body or give long term problems, but they are just annoying and  uncomfortable.

Sebaceous Cyst can happen to both men and women but men are more prone to it as they have more hair on their body.
Sebaceous Cyst in many cases appear suddenly and dissipate on their own. But sometimes they need some medical intervention.
If it is swelling and paining, it should not be ignored.
Here I am going to discuss some home remedies to get rid of Sebaceous Cyst.

  1. Aloe Vera

Aloe vera has antibacterial properties and it will make your skin cool and soothe it prevnting iching.
Apply aloe vera gel directly on the cyst and rest it for few hours.

  1. Coconut oil

Coconut oil has lauric acid present in it which has antimicrobial properties. It will soothe your irritated skin.
Apply coconut oil directly on the cyst and leave it overnight.

  1. Turmeric

Turmeric has a substance called Curcumin present in it which helps to cope up with skin infection. Turmeric has a purifying effect on skin and works on clogged pores.
Make a thick paste of turmeric with water and apply directly on the cyst and leave it  for few hours.

  1. Potato

The glycoalkaloids of potato has anti inflammatory properties which helps in getting rid of cyst.
Take a raw potato and make a thick paste of it and apply on the cyst. Leave it overnight for better results.

  1. Garlic

Be it a bacterial, fungal, or viral infection that has caused the skin inflammation and pus accumulation, garlic will kill the microbes effectively.
Make a thick paste of garlic and apply it on the cyst, you can cover it with bandage  if required. Leave it for around 20 minutes and rinse it off with water.
